Upon getting out to unload my scrap metal I discovered a very flat tire. Spoke to the very nice Scale lady who directed me over to the warehouse manager Garnett for the purpose of getting paid, and to see if he could be of any assistance regarding my flat tire predicament. They had some old tires there to choose from, and Garnett instructed me to go have a look and see if I could get the old tire off. I did not have the correct tire iron, for the trailer wheels, but only what was in my vehicle – it was too big.

I went back to Garnett who was so patient and kind, who then radioed Jeremy Blackburn to come assist. I’m telling you the people just got nicer and more helpful, with absolutely no attitude, no frustration or consternation in helping me get my tire fixed. Jeremy lifted my trailer up, got me the correct sized socket, helped me install THEIR tire, and treated my situation as if that was what he was supposed to be doing right now. Amazing!

They refused to take any money, and we’re as gracious and humble as one could be. Thank you Blackburn family! Your employees and your son Jeremy are no doubt a reflection of what you’ve instilled in them both at home and at your profession!
